Frequently Asked Support Questions

Quick answers to common questions about installation, permissions, architecture, and licensing.

Pipeline Pulse is delivered as a certified Microsoft Dataverse managed solution. Your Dynamics 365 System Administrator imports the solution package via Microsoft AppSource or Power Apps Maker portal (make.powerapps.com). Once imported, consent to the read-only OAuth scope is approved, and the bundled security roles are assigned to your team.

Updates to managed solutions can be applied directly in-place without disrupting existing CRM records or custom views.

A Dynamics 365 System Administrator or Power Platform Administrator is required to perform the initial managed solution import and approve the OAuth permission scope. The scope requires read-only access to standard account and lead identification fields (Name, Website URL, City, State).

For everyday sales reps and sales managers, three lightweight Dataverse security roles are included: Pipeline Pulse User, Pipeline Pulse Manager, and Pipeline Pulse Admin.

Pipeline Pulse operates on a strict zero-retention model. We do not store or mirror your pipeline, opportunity history, or customer contacts in any external database outside your Microsoft 365 tenant. All signal scores, urgency metrics, and deal slippage flags are written directly to your native Microsoft Dataverse tables.

Following the initial installation, Pipeline Pulse initiates a baseline enrichment and ranking cycle across your active Accounts and Leads. Depending on your total record volume, this initial baseline pass typically takes between 4 and 24 hours to populate scores. Once the baseline is complete, scheduled refreshes run automatically according to your subscription tier.

If you purchased through Microsoft AppSource or Azure Marketplace, you can manage assigned seats directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Billing > Your Products. For customized enterprise tiers, contact our licensing desk at support@pipeline-pulse.com or call (248) 219-5317.

Security reports and vulnerability disclosures receive highest priority. Please email support@pipeline-pulse.com with the subject line [SECURITY] or contact our parent company security team directly at info@blueskydt.com. We acknowledge all security notices within 4 business hours.
