Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pipeline Pulse, a software application owned and operated by BlueSky Digital Transformation, LLC ("BlueSky", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (https://pipeline-pulse.com/) and use the Pipeline Pulse software application (collectively, the "Service").

Please note that this policy applies specifically to the Pipeline Pulse Service. It does not govern the general BlueSky corporate website or other BlueSky services.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization and only collect the information to provide the Service to our business clients.

  • User Account Information: To access the Service, authorized users must create an account. We collect your name, business email address, and login credentials.
  • CRM Data: To provide our AI-powered sales signals, the Service integrates with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. We strictly limit data extraction to non-personally identifiable business data: Company Name, Website URL, City, and State. We do not extract personal contact information from your CRM.
  • Financial Information: We do not collect or process credit card information through the Service. All billing is handled offline via Check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  • Cookies and Tracking: We value your privacy. We do not use Google Analytics, marketing cookies, or third-party tracking pixels on the Pipeline Pulse website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Authenticate your login credentials securely via OAuth 2.0.
  • Generate sales signals and Output for your CRM.
  • Communicate with you regarding technical support, security alerts, or account updates.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Data Sharing

Pipeline Pulse utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models, including OpenAI, to generate sales signals. You can review OpenAI’s enterprise privacy commitments at https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy/. We do not use your CRM data to train AI.

  • Ephemeral Processing: Your CRM data is routed to our AI sub-processors temporarily for the sole purpose of generating the requested output. It is not retained, stored, or used by the AI models after processing.
  • Cloud Hosting: The Service and its data are securely hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with trusted sub-processors (like Microsoft Azure and OpenAI) strictly to facilitate the Service.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS over HTTPS for encryption in transit and OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
